SACRAMENTO-Highland Realty Capital has arranged a $31.5-million debt financing for three multifamily properties in California. The three-property apartment portfolio, retained by G.W. Williams Co., includes properties in Orangevale and Rocklin.

The owner refinanced maturing loans on the properties with the help of new financing from Fannie Mae or the Federal National Mortgage Association. The local properties are the 72-unit Heather Ridge Apartments community in Orangevale and the 186-unit Broadstone at Stanford Ranch community in Rocklin.
