JV Secures Planning Consent for Mayfair Office Redevelopment

LONDON-A joint venture partnership between Terrace Hill Group plc and Aerium has secured planning approval for its redevelopment at 24 Savile Row and 49-51 Conduit Street in Mayfair, London.

LONDON-A joint venture partnership between Terrace Hill Group plc and Aerium has secured planning approval for its redevelopment at 24 Savile Row and 49-51 Conduit Street in Mayfair, London. Prupim sold the property last year to the joint venture.

The joint venture will build a single, six-story office complex with retail on the ground floor and the basement. The redevelopment will include 9,000 square feet of retail and 22,500 square feet of office space. EPR is the architect for the scheme. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
