JV to Develop Garden-Style Apartment Community in Raleigh

RALEIGH, NC-Clarion Partners, a real estate investment firm based in New York, and The Residential Group LLC have formed a joint venture to develop a garden-style apartment community in Raleigh.

RALEIGH, NC-Clarion Partners, a real estate investment firm based in New York, and The Residential Group LLC have formed a joint venture to develop a garden-style apartment community in Raleigh. The Crest at Brier Creek will comprise 291 apartment units.

Site work on the $37-million project started earlier this month. The apartment community will contain various amenities, including a fitness center, clubhouse, pool and grill area. The project is scheduled to be completed by June 2013. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
