COLLEGE PARK, MD-The Washington Post reported that a mixed-use development will come up at the Maryland Book Exchange site near the University of Maryland in College Park. The student housing complex on the College Park site was approved by the Prince George's County Planning Board.

The student housing complex will comprise 341 residential units as well as 14,366 square feet of retail on Route 1. Nearly 1,000 students can be accommodated in the new complex. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
