ALBANY, NY-Restaurant Depot LLC is planning to invest $8.5 million in a warehouse project in Colonie. Joe LaCivita, director of economic development and planning for the Town of Colonie, said that Restaurant Depot is under contract for 6 acres of land in the town.
The proposed plans call for 60,000 square feet of industrial facility on Warehouse Row situated near the intersection of Interstates 87 and 90. Restaurant Depot will employ 35 workers in the first year at the new facility. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
