PHILADELPHIA-The owner of Two Penn Center has completed four lease renewal deals totalling 20,779 square feet at the building.

PHILADELPHIA-The owner of Two Penn Center has completed four lease renewal deals totalling 20,779 square feet at the building. CDM has renewed its lease for approximately 7,200 square feet; Sue Ann Eckel has expanded its space to 6,958 square feet; McCann, Schaible & Wall has extended its lease for 5,411 square feet; and the Law Firm of John J. Hykel has renewed its lease for 1,210 square feet at the 20-story building.
