PARIS-European real estate investment manager Valad has closed five leased deals totaling 68,770 square feet at VALAD PARC des Guillaumes situated in Noisy le Sec in Ile de France. The company has completed three deals on behalf of its European High Income fund.

TEP, Filou Planete and Skyroad have signed nine-year leases for 13,723 square feet, 12,712 square feet and 10,656 square feet, respectively. ETDE has extended its 8,966-square-foot lease for three years and KONE has extended its 22,711-square-foot lease for six years. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
