SYLMAR, CA-Cornerstone Records Management LLC has renewed its lease for 80,480 square feet of industrial space at Valley Gateway Business Park in Sylmar. The Maryland-based document storage and management company has leased the space for five years.

World Oil Corp. is the owner of Valley Gateway Business Park. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Ray Howden and the landlord was represented by DAUM Commercial's Chris Sullivan. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal .
