NEW YORK CITY-Fragrances & More is opening its fourth Manhattan store in Times Square. The perfume retailer and manufacturer has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space at 732 Seventh Ave. from Farmore Realty Inc.
The asking rent for the store, which has 500 square feet on the mezzanine level, 600 square feet on the ground level and 600 square feet on the basement, was $500 per square foot. Square Foot Realty brokered the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
