NEW YORK CITY-O'Neil Langan Architects PC is leaving Chelsea to occupy a single-floor space on West 37th Street in the garment district. The company has leased 5,200 square feet at 15 W. 37th St., situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues, for 10 years.
The architecture firm will occupy the entire 15th-floor space in the Kamber Management-owned building. It will pay $36 per square foot as rent.
