
NEW YORK CITY-Palestra Capital Management has signed a five-year lease for 5,000 square feet of office space at 1330 Sixth Ave. situated between West 53rd and West 54th streets. The global equity fund will occupy nearly half of the 21st-floor space at the 534,000-square-foot building.
Asking rent for the deal was between $95 and $100 per square foot. The 40-story building is owned by RXR Realty. Dan Madison with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
