PMC Property Group Plans for $12M Apartment Complex

BALTIMORE-A new multifamily property will be coming soon to the Mount Vernon neighborhood. Steven Bloom, managing partner for PMC Property Group of Baltimore, revealed that his company is planning to construct a $12-million apartment complex consisting of 78 units along 521 Saint Paul Place.

The four-story building will come up between the Waterloo Place and Standard apartments. The proposed plans for the new building will go before the city's Municipal and Zoning board on Tuesday. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
