Tea Magic Takes MacDougal Street Space for New Store

NEW YORK CITY-Tea Magic is opening its second Manhattan location in the West Village.

NEW YORK CITY-Tea Magic is opening its second Manhattan location in the West Village. The tea shop has leased 450 square feet at 120 MacDougal St. situated between Bleecker Street and Minetta Lane from Benchmark Real Estate.

The asking rent for the deal was $220 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by the Intrepid Realty broker, David Menaged, and the landlord was represented by Steve Rappaport of Sinvin Real Estate. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
