LONDON-BNY Mellon has renewed its lease for 152,226 square feet of space at One Canada Square in Canary Wharf. The company has signed the lease renewal deal for eight years.

BNY Mellon will pay 42.50 per square foot as rent for the floors 40, 41, 43, 47, 48 and 49 at the 50-story building. The company will start the deal from January 2014. Canary Wharf Group is the owner of One Canada Square. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
