LONDON-Belstaff, a British brand owned by Labelux, has leased a trophy building in London to house its flagship store there. The company has leased the entire 135/137 New Bond Street building for 20 years.

The six-story building, which will be renamed as Belstaff House, comprises roughly 25,000 square feet of space. Belstaff will pay 3 million as rent. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
