
DURHAM, UK-Terrace Hill Group has inked an agreement with Sainsbury's to develop a 50,000-square-foot store in Sedgefield. Durham County Council granted planning permission for the development in December 2011.
Terrace Hill will break ground on the project, which will include 322 parking spaces, later this year. The company has finished three large foodstore projects at Bishop Auckland, Helston and Manchester in the last 24 months. The Sedgefield development is expected to be finished by Easter 2013.
