LONDON-UBS AG has agreed to pre-lease 5 Broadgate from Blackstone and British Land for 18.2 years. The existing 4 & 6 Broadgate structures are being demolished for the new 700,000-square-foot building in London and the demolition will be finished in April.

UBS will take the entire building from Blackstone and British Land and initially the company will pay 54.50 per square foot as rent. The new bespoke building is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2014. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
