HIGHLAND PARK, IL-CBRE Inc. will auction off the former headquarters of Solo Cup Co. in Highland Park. Solo Cup has tapped CBRE to sell the 28-acre property at 1660 and 1700 Old Deerfield Road.
A joint venture that includes Skokie-based Annenberg Investments Ltd. and Chicago-based Monroe Investment Partners LLC agreed to buy the property in 2008, but the deal fell apart in the midst of financial crisis.
