
NEW YORK CITY-FirstMark Capital has leased 10,600 square feet of space at 100 Fifth Ave., a 270,000-square-foot building situated between West 15th and West 16th streets. The asking rent for the 10-year lease was $55 per square foot.
Invesco and the Kaufman Organization bought the building in 2011. FirstMark Capital is planning to relocate to the Fifth Avenue location around June.
