NEW YORK CITY-Grubb and Ellis has brokered a lease renewal deal on Cortlandt Street. The Municipal Credit Union has renewed its lease for 126,000 square feet at 22 Cortlandt St.

The not-for-profit financial institution will occupy seven floors at the Cortlandt Street building for another 15 years. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Stephen Schofel and Barry Rosner from Newmark Knight Frank, while the building owners were represented by Barrett Stern from Grubb and Ellis.
