NEW YORK CITY-Take-Two Interactive has renewed its lease for 69,000 square feet of space at 622 Broadway situated between Houston and Bleecker streets. The company occupied top four floors in the six-story building in 2002 for its NoHo headquarters.
Take-Two Interactive signed the lease renewal deal with Yuco Management for 10 years. Asking rent was $47 per square foot.
