80 Broad Street, a 36-story, 417,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Manhattan’s Financial District, was acquired by Savanna and taken off the market in September 2011 to undergo an extensive capital improvement program. On February 2, GlobeSt.com will attend the preview.
