BUFFALO, NY-Ellicott Development Co. in Buffalo is planning to expand its presence in Ellicottville. The County of Cattaraugus Industrial Development Agency has approved an incentive package for 4646 Genesee LLC, an affiliate of Ellicott Development, for a new project.
Ellicott Development is planning to renovate vacant structures at the corner of Mill and East Washington (Route 219) streets.
