
NEW YORK CITY-A new store known as Bicycle Roots will be opened in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood this spring. Nechama Levy, a bicycle mechanic, will occupy space at 1078 Fulton St. near Bedford Avenue.
The asking rent for the 5,800-square-foot space was $26 per square foot. The new store is scheduled to open on April 1. Colliers International brokers Hank Widmaier and Charles Goldberg represented the tenant, while Ideal Properties Group Inc. broker Jonah Ramu Cohen represented landlord Fulton Housing in the lease deal.
