
LONDON-Peakside Capital has reported that the company has launched 80 Hammersmith Road, a 41,700-square-foot redevelopment in Hammersmith. Mercer Real Estate Partners and Peakside bought the vacant office building last year for Peakside Real Estate Fund I.
Under the new ownership, the property has undergone an eight-month refurbishment and redevelopment to create a spec office building. The building has 47 parking spaces. Strutt & Parker and Hanover Green are handling lease deals at 80 Hammersmith Road. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
