NEW YORK CITY-A costume-jewelry designer is expanding its space on West 39th Street in the garment district. Sequin has renewed its lease as well as signed a new lease for the fifth-floor space at 234 W. 39th St.
With the new lease, Sequin's total square footage in the 10-story building has reached 17,000 square feet. The asking rent for the five-year deal was $32 per square foot.
