
NEW YORK CITY-CQS US is taking the entire 40th of Carnegie Hall Tower in New York City. The starting rent for the 11,000-square-foot space was $115 per square foot.
CQS, which currently occupies space on the 41st floor, will take the space formerly occupied by Meridian Capital Group. TF Cornerstone is the owner of Carnegie Hall Tower. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Studley's Zev Holzman and Paul Revson, while the landlord was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Matt Leon.
