
NEW YORK CITY-Red Lobster will anchor a new project near the Apollo Theater at 261-267 W. 125th St. in Harlem. The ubiquitous seafood chain has signed a lease for 9,500 square feet of space in the $14-million retail project for a 300-seat restaurant.
The Gotham Organization and Grid Properties are developing the 28,000-square-foot project with the Harlem Commonwealth Council. Tom Rettaliata and Brad Cohen with Ripco Real Estate negotiated the deal on behalf both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
