BALTIMORE-The Dolben Co. Inc., an apartment developer based in Massachusetts, has acquired the rights to convert lots around Broadway Market in Fells Point into apartments and shops. The developer bought the redevelopment site in December from a local developer.
Dolben is planning to break ground on ground-level retail and 159 apartments by April. The $40-million project is called Marketplace at Fells Point. South Broadway Properties LLC was the former developer of the apartment project. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
