Developer Starts Mosaic Project in Merrifield

FALLS CHURCH, VA-Edens, a shopping center developer, has kicked off a project at Mosaic near the Merrifield area in Falls Church.

FALLS CHURCH, VA-Edens, a shopping center developer, has kicked off a project at Mosaic near the Merrifield area in Falls Church. The Mosaic development will include 350,000 square feet of retail, 73,000 square feet of office space, a hotel, a 1-acre park and a movie theater.

The site is located near the junction of Lee Highway and Gallows Road. The first phase of the development, which is anchored by tenants such as an Angelika Film Center and Target, will begin in September. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
