DAYTON, OH-The new Roses department store has opened in the Northwest Shopping Plaza, a 223,000-square-foot retail center located at Philadelphia and Siebenthaler avenues in Dayton. The 42,000-square-foot store has taken a long-vacant space formerly occupied by a Kroger store.
With the new discount retail store, occupancy rate in Northwest Plaza has reached 88%. Eidi Properties is managing the shopping center. The company took charge of the management of the property in 2007. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
