HONOLULU-Hawaii Pacific University is planning for a student housing at the Aloha Tower Marketplace near downtown Honolulu. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported that the university is in negotiation with Hawaii Lifestyle Retail Properties LLC, the new owner of the property, over turning the second-floor space of the complex into student dorms.

The planned dormitory lofts will contain 250 beds. Hawaii Lifestyle Retail Properties LLC, a subsidiary of eRealty Fund, recently acquired the property from AREA Property Partners. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
