TAMPA, FL-Since October, Daymark Realty Advisors Inc. has leased over 70,000 square feet of space at Netpark, an office and technology center at 5701 E. Hillsborough Ave. JC III & Associates has signed a lease for 68,158 square feet of space at Netpark.
