SAN JOSE, CA-H&M is expanding its space at Santana Row, a 625,000-square-foot mixed-use project in San Jose. The trendy Scandinavian retailer has leased the entire two-story, 26,000-square-foot space that once housed a flagship Borders store.

The clothing retailer currently occupies 7,800 square feet at Santana Row. Federal Realty Investment Trust, the owner of Santana Row, revealed in a conference call that H&M will fill the former Borders Books & Music location. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
