NEW YORK CITY-Jazz at Lincoln Center is relocating its offices to the 12th floor of 3 Columbus Circle. The center has signed a 15-year lease with SL Green for 30,653 square feet of space at the 750,000-square-foot building.
The leased space is suitable for carrying out the operations of Jazz at Lincoln Center. Brian Waterman, Erik Harris, Jimmy Kuhn and Scott Klau act as leasing agents for the owner.
