CINCINNATI-A 382-room hotel located in Northern Kentucky will be sold at an auction. Fort Mitchell's Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center has defaulted on its loan and it will be sold on March 6, although there have been plans to rejuvenate the property.
The hotel was constructed in 1970. Franklin Pacific Mortgage is the mortgage holder for the property. As stated in court documents, the owners of The Drawbridge defaulted on a mortgage of over $8 million. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
