Gazeley to Develop Build-to-Suit Warehouse for Rigterink

FRANKFURT-Gazeley has secured a major deal with Rigterink, a logistics service provider, to construct a build-to-suit warehouse near Jena in Germany.

FRANKFURT-Gazeley has secured a major deal with Rigterink, a logistics service provider, to construct a build-to-suit warehouse near Jena in Germany. Rigterink, as professionals in food logistics, will use the warehouse facility measuring 322,917 square feet for repackaging, storing and distributing food products.

The warehouse will be designed to attain the German DGNB's Silver Certificate. The site is situated around the Hermsdorfer Kreuz and directly off the east-west A4 motorway. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
