DALLAS-New Breed Logistics of North Carolina has leased an industrial space measuring 250,000 square feet at 1717 W. Airfield Drive in the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The company has leased the space to fulfill a logistics deal signed with the U.S. Postal Service.
The company is expecting to move to the W. Airfield Drive building in April 1. Colliers International's Allen Gump represented the tenant, while Stream Realty Partners LP's Blake Kendrick and Cannon Green represented owner Clarion Partners in the deal.
