Regency Centers Starts Cinco Ranch Retail Project

HOUSTON-Jacksonville, Florida-based Regency Centers Corp. has started construction work on a 260,000-square-foot retail property in Fort Bend County's Cinco Ranch community.

HOUSTON-Jacksonville, Florida-based Regency Centers Corp. has started construction work on a 260,000-square-foot retail property in Fort Bend County's Cinco Ranch community. Southpark at Cinco Ranch will have a 101,000-square-foot Kroger, a 72,000-square-foot sporting goods retailer, 7 outparcels and 30,000 square feet of small retail stores.

Regency is working along with Excel Commercial Real Estate LLC in the project, which is situated at Spring Green Boulevard and the Westpark Tollway. The first phase of Southpark at Cinco Ranch started on February 20. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
