LONDON-Land Securities has signed up an ibis hotel at the West12 shopping centre will renovate the retail facade as the development occurs at Shepherd's Bush in London. The project includes a new four-story, 128-hotel and a renovation of the front house shops situated on the Shepherd's Bush Green.
The ibis hotel is part of the Accor family and it is expected to be opened this summer. Other retailers such as Esquires Coffee and Foxtons are also joining the project. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
