
MILWAUKEE-The Best Western Inn Towne hotel situated on West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee will remain on the market for sale. A court-appointed receiver tried to sell the 100-room hotel since spring, when Harris NA sued the property owners regarding a $5.07-million loan.
A judge favored Harris in the suit, stating that the owners owe $5.07 million on a loan delivered by Ozaukee Bank in 2007. Michael Polsky, the hotel receiver, employed IDM Group to operate the building. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
