PALO ALTO, CA-The Daily News reported that developer John Arrillaga is planning to construct a 60,000- to 80,000-square-foot theater and an office building in Palo Alto. The proposed theater and office complex will be constructed where the American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter and the MacArthur Park restaurant are currently located.
