SALISBURY, MA-Federated Cos. has secured approvals to construct a 210-unit condominium project in Salisbury. The project will be developed on a 13-acre site of the old Kartland Amusement Park.
The Miami-based development company, which has an office in Boston, obtained the development rights together with the tract for $1.5 million to construct the multifamily project. This will be the largest residential development in the Greater Newburyport area. Federated has received approval for seven buildings, a pool and a clubhouse.
