JACKSONVILLE, FL-TriBridge Residential Construction LLC will construct an apartment community in Jacksonville. The company has received four building permits from the city of Jacksonville to build a $20-million apartment community and a $2-million parking space at the St. Johns Town Center.
TriBridge Residential Construction will build four buildings comprising 220 apartment units and a 42,000-square-foot parking garage at 5290 Big Island Drive.
