LOS ANGELES-CIM Group, a developer, has completed construction of Midtown Crossing, a retail center spanning 330,000 square feet in Mid-City Los Angeles. The shopping center sits on an 11-acre land in Los Angeles.

Before redevelopment, the site was occupied by Builders Emporium and a Sears store. A Lowes Home Improvement Center, Wells Fargo Bank, Starbucks and other retailers opened at the center on February 1. The developer is in negotiations with potential tenants for the remaining retail and restaurant spaces. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
