
NEW YORK CITY-CKX, an owner of premium entertainment content, is relocating from 650 Madison Ave. to 900 Third Ave. The entertainment rights powerhouse has signed a 10-year lease with Paramount Group for 18,245 square feet on the 18th floor of 900 Third Ave.
In the lease transaction, CKX was represented by Corey Horowitz and Chris Mongeluzo of Newmark Knight Frank, while Paramount Group's Peter Brindley represented the landlord in-house along with Jones Lang LaSalle's Doug Neye. For the full story, go to New York Post .
