NEW YORK CITY-The New York City Opera is relocating to the 10th-floor space of 75 Broad St. The opera company has leased 16,936 square feet at 75 Broad.

The asking rents at the Broad Street building are now $33 to $35 per square foot. Denham Wolf brokers Paul Wolf and Stephen Powers represented the New York City Opera in the deal. Cushman & Wakefield broker Frank Cento is handling lease at 75 Broad. For the full story, go to New York Post .
