ROMEOVILLE, IL-Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. is planning to start construction on an industrial facility in Romeoville. The developer is building the warehouse measuring 600,000 square feet on a speculative basis or without signing a tenant.

Ryan is anticipating final approval next week to start construction of the industrial building at Boldt Park, at Interstate 55 and Weber Road. Tim Hennelly, Ryan's Great Lakes region president, is planning to start construction by May 1 and deliver the facility to a tenant by December. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
