
CLEVELAND-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that a nonprofit organization is planning to invest $100 million to redevelop a 2.2-acre parking lot in Cleveland's University District into apartments, an office building and a parking garage. University Circle Inc. has employed Panzica Construction Co. and the Coral Co. to site.
