WASHINGTON, DC-Dechert LLP is nearing a deal to relocate its District office from 1775 Eye St. NW to 1900 K St. NW. The law firm is in negotiations with Hines Interests LP, the landlord, to take the top two floors of 1900 K.

Dechert, which landed at the Eye St. NW location in the late 1990s as Dechert Price & Rhoads, will lease approximately 52,000 square feet at the 13-story office tower. The K St. NW building is roughly 52% vacant. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
